Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.It meets the diagnostic criteria for cervical spine injury. 2.The injury factors were all external factors. 3.Ages 18 years and older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-hospital death cases; 2.Severe pre-injury neurological deficits (such as muscle weakness due to ischemic stroke, etc.). 3.Pregnant; 4.Patients with a history of cervical spine injury. 5.Individuals with severe mental illness who cannot cooperate. 6.Lack of outcome indicator data.
