Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with gynecological malignant tumors (including ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, uterine body cancer, endometrial cancer, vaginal cancer, and vulvar cancer) through pathological examination; 3. The condition was relatively stable and conscious (Mini-Mental State Scale >= 28 points); 4. No communication barrier or language barrier; 5. Have a smart phone, and basically master the operation of WeChat, and have a stable network connection during the stay-at-home period; 6. Informed consent. Caregivers: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. the patient's main caregiver (daily care time >= 8 hours); 3. No communication barrier or language barrier; 4. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Patients with other cancers or serious life-threatening diseases; 2. Is participating in other psychological intervention-related research or treatment. Caregivers: 1. Carers who are part of an employment relationship; 2. patients with mental illness or cognitive dysfunction (Mini-Mental State Examination <24); 3. Other recent major stressful events; 4. Participate in other psychological intervention-related research or treatment.
