Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes formulated by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1999: diabetes symptoms plus blood glucose >=11.1mmol/L at any time or fasting blood glucose (FPG) >=7.0mmol/L or glucose tolerance test (OGTT) 2h blood glucose (2hPG) 11.1mmol/L ; (2) glycosylated hemoglobin: 7%-10.0%, and the hypoglycemic drug regimen is stable as assessed by the doctor; (3) Adult patients aged 18~60 years old; (4) Light manual laborers in the past six months: mainly working in standing or walking around a small amount; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study, be aware of the research content and be able to follow up regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion Criteria: (1) Those who are currently using weight loss drugs; (2) Obvious renal insufficiency (creatinine >= 1.5mg/dl or 133umol/l); (3) Obvious abnormal liver function (ALT exceeding 2 times the upper limit of normal); (4) Those with a history of stroke or myocardial infarction in the past; (5) Suffering from other serious diseases such as malignant tumors, mental abnormalities, anorexia, gastrointestinal diseases, etc.; (6) Pregnant, preparing for pregnancy, motherhood, or lactating women.
