Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients with unilateral vocal cord paralysis whose course was more than half a year were examined by electromyography; 2.Patients with unilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve injury of unknown severity who have not recovered vocal cord movement after observation for more than 6 months. 3.The arytenoid joint is not fixed. 4.Those who have undergone surgery and received follow-up visits for more than half a year, and whose clinical data are complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor heart or lung function or other surgical contraindications; 2.Preoperative examination indicated that the fixation of the cricothyroid joint was not caused by nerve damage. 3.Refuse to participate in the research.
