Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years old; 2. Patients undergoing thoracolumbar fusion under general anesthesia; 3. ASA grade: ?-?; 4. BMI: 18-30 kg/m^2; 5. Agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Long-term use of opioids before surgery; 3. Previous history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis; 4. Inability to communicate before surgery due to coma, severe dementia or language disorder; 5. Severe heart disease (cardiac function grade 3 or above), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or cor pulmonals; 6. Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C); 7. Severe renal impairment (requiring renal replacement therapy); 8. Preoperative ECG showed prolonged QT; 9. Previous history of gastrointestinal dysfunction; 10. Allergy to oxalidine or other narcotic drugs; 11. Patients with asthma;
