Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Diagnosis of AIS according to the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018, confirmed by cranial CT and/or MRI; 3.Undergoing endovascular therapy (EVT) within 24 hours of symptom onset with successful reperfusion, defined as mTICI (modified Thrombolysis in Cerebral Infarction) grade >= 2b;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Intracranial hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage detected on CT; 2.Patients with malignancies, hematologic disorders, autoimmune diseases, or infectious diseases; 3.Patients presenting with deep coma; 4.Patients deemed by the investigator to have poor compliance or who are unable to complete follow-up;
