Esketamine (Group E):Anesthesia induction using intravenous injection of esketamine (0.5mg/kg) and succinylcholine chloride (1mg/kg)
Propofol group (P group):Anesthesia induction using intravenous injection of propofol (1.5-2.0mg/kg) and succinylcholine chloride (1mg/kg)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the 24-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-24) score >=20 points; Ability to cooperate with doctors to complete all scale assessments and correctly understand the assessment contents; The person or the client agrees to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; Magnetic shock therapy is proposed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebrovascular malformation, aneurysm, hypertension or glaucoma; 2. ASA score of IV or V; 3. Complications such as respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, intracranial hypertension, cerebrovascular diseases, etc.; 4. Presence of foreign bodies, such as pacemakers, intracranial electrodes; 5. History of epilepsy; 6. History of drug abuse; 7. Concomitant mental disorders; 8. Pregnancy; 9. History of serious adverse reactions related to anesthetics; 10. Refusal to accept the study.
