Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed NENs (neuroendocrine neoplasms)?; 2. Age 18-75 years, regardless of gender; 3.? Consent to centralized biobanking and management of biospecimens? by our hospital and research team, with signed ?informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of major comorbidities? (e.g., cardiac disease, hepatic/renal failure); 2. Concomitant immune system disorders or pregnancy; 3. Unwillingness or inability to comply with study protocols.
