Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age between 20 to 35 years old, BMI < 30, full-term, singleton, primiparous women; 2: According to the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification, it is graded as I to II. 3: Evaluated by obstetricians with no significant obstetric complications and no contraindications to vaginal natural childbirth; 4: Contraindications for epidural anesthesia and lower limb motor dysfunction; 5: Those who request epidural analgesia for labor, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Contraindications for spinal anesthesia; 2: Patients with severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases; 3: Individuals with obesity (BMI >=30); 4: Prenatal examinations reveal suspected congenital malformations in the fetus. 5: Those who have been on long-term use of analgesics, sedatives, or antidepressants; 6: Those with severe cognitive impairment, mental illness, epilepsy, etc., who cannot cooperate.
