Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. The stage of breast cancer is cT1/2 (<= 5cm), cN0; 3. Patients with invasive breast cancer undergoing breast conserving or total resection 4. Preoperative axillary lymph node clinical negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has confirmed lymph node metastasis before surgery; 2. The patient has undergone neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 3. Bilateral breast cancer; 4. Medical history of previous tumors.
