Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged 3 months to 6 years old; 2: Otoscopy showed no abnormal changes in the external auditory canal and tympanic membrane; 3: ABR threshold of air-conducted short sound <= 25 dBnHL; 4: Acoustic immittance test at 226Hz was type A in both ears (1000Hz positive peak should be added for children under 1 year old), transient evoked otoacoustic emission passed; 5: All ABR data including wave latencies/IPLs of 70/?, 60/?, 50/V, 40/?, 30/?, 20/?, 70/I, 70/?, 70/I-?, 70/?-?, 70/V-I.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Children with maxillofacial deformities, Down’s syndrome, and cleft lip and palate; 2: Children with intellectual disability or a history of mental illness; 3: The sedated ABR group could exclude the children who did not meet the inclusion criteria for sedation; 4: The sedated group could exclude the children who changes sedated method or add sedative drugs.
