Drug treatment group:Use Clonidine sustained-release transdermal patches (adjust the dosage according to body weight)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic tic disorder (CTD) or Tourette syndrome (TS) in DSM-5; 2. Age: 7-14 years old, gender not limited; 3. The guardian signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe physical diseases, mental retardation, epilepsy, etc; 2. Have received systematic behavioral therapy within the past three months.
