Interventions
Control group:Receive routine preoperative visits within 24 hours after the planned surgery.
observation group:1. Understand previous pain experiences and pain feelings, and help children establish pain cognition
2. Assess the child's pain sensitivity using the FLACC pain assessment scale (face, legs, activity, crying, comfort, FLACC) and record the assessment results
3. Explain to the child and their family what pain may occur after surgery and introduce pain management. It is also important to describe the various pain situations that may be encountered, as well

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric tumor patients with primary surgery; 2. Pediatric tumor patients without pain diseases before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with emergency surgery; 2. Children with tumors with a history of chemotherapy before surgery.
