Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Postmenopausal women; 2.Conscious and lucid; 3.Informed about this survey and willing to participate voluntarily; 4.Possessing the ability to read and express oneself verbally, and being able to communicate effectively with the investigators; 5.Having a strong desire to slow down bone mass loss and muscle strength decline, and actively cooperating with the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not a permanent resident of this community; Medications: Have used medications that affect bone metabolism, such as glucocorticoids; Have used medications that affect muscle conditions, such as corticosteroids; Have used sex hormones and medications that affect sex hormones, such as estrogens; Suffering from diseases that affect bone metabolism and muscle metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism, malignant tumors, chronic renal insufficiency, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.; Those who are unable to walk independently; Those with a history of coronary artery bypass grafting surgery, and those wearing implanted electronic devices, such as cochlear implants, ambulatory electrocardiogram monitors, etc.; Those who are receiving treatment due to acute trauma; Those who have experienced fractures of the lower limbs and spine within the past six months; A history of fragility fractures.
