experimental group:The subjects drank 5ml of water and took 1 melatonin capsule. After 40 minutes, iTBS intervention was implemented, with melatonin in capsule form and a dose of 10mg/capsule.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy individuals aged between 18 and 40 2) Right handedness 3) Sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Suffering from serious physical or mental illness 2) Unstable clinical signs 3) Diagnosed with sleep disorders 4) Long term night shift workers 5) Using painkillers within the past week 6) History of alcohol or drug abuse in the past 6 months 7) Neuropsychiatric comorbidities and the use of psychotropic drugs 8) Refuse participants in the experiment.
