Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic intracranial arterial occlusion confirmed by cerebral angiography (DSA); 2. Presenting with symptoms related to ischemic stroke and TIA; 3. Received CTP imaging; 4. Participants and their families understood and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute cerebrovascular occlusion; 2. Patients with congenital occlusion or structural changes; 3. Patients with bilateral internal carotid or middle cerebral artery occlusion; 4. Patients who cannot undergo CTP imaging.
