18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Oncology patients; 3. Acute kidney injury after the first ICU admission; 4. Meet any of the following criteria for acute kidney injury: (1) Creatinine value rises as high as >=0.3mg/dl (>=26.5umol/l) within 48 hours; (2) Creatinine value rises to >=1.5 times of the basic value within 7 days; (3) Urine output<0.5ml/kg for 6 hours;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-tumor patients 2. Patients with repeated ICU admissions 3. Patients who cannot be followed up smoothly 4. Have had a kidney transplant or nephrectomy
