intervention group:Implement a preoperative frailty management plan for patients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery on the basis of routine care.
control group:The control group received routine nursing care.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective thoracotomy heart valve replacement surgery; 2. Tilburg frailty assessment scale score >=5; 3. Ejection fraction >=40%; 4. NYHA class I-III; 5. XVI Patients scheduled for heart valve replacement surgery with an expected waiting time of at least 1 week; 6. Patients who gave informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants need emergency surgery; 2. Delayed surgery due to changes in the condition; 3. Nnstable clinical symptoms and any patients who cause significant symptoms or abnormal vital signs; 4. Complicated with severe liver, brain, kidney and other organs or other serious body diseases; 5. Persons who are unable to cooperate with mental disorders, consciousness disorders, intellectual disabilities, etc.
