Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Elective posterior cervical surgery; 3.ASA II-III; 4.Initial cervical spine surgery; 5.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to nerve block: anatomical variations caused by infection, tumor, and severe deformity at the puncture site; coagulopathy; local anesthetics, allergies, etc. 2.History of chronic pain or opioid abuse; 3.Mental illness; 4.Use of analgesic drugs before surgery; 5.Liver and kidney insufficiency; 6.Other patients who are not suitable for clinical trials;
