Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Shoulder arthroscopy under brachial plexus nerve block combined with general anesthesia 2.ASA grade I ~ III 3.The age ranged from 18 to 65 years. 4.Voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or other systemic diseases ; 2.Patients with mental illness or neurological diseases that affect pain assessment ; 3.Pregnant or lactating women ; 4.Patients with severe complications requiring additional intervention during or after surgery ; 5.Study of drug allergy ; 6.Patients with a history of chronic pain and long-term use of opioids ; 7.Patients who required to use analgesia pump after surgery.
