15 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 15 = 30 kg/m^2 for those over 18 years old; 3. No diabetes mellitus: fasting blood glucose <7 mmol/L, random blood glucose <l1.1 mmol/L and HbA1c <6.5%; 4. The guardian and the child complied with the prescribed healthy diet and exercise prescription; 5. Written informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary obesity (e.g. hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, etc.); 2. Psychological disease or history of medication for related diseases; 3. Received lipid-lowering, antihypertensive, hepatoprotective or other hormonal drugs within 3 months before treatment; 4. Combined with coagulation dysfunction; serious primary diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs; 5. With uncontrollable hypertension or symptomatic hypotension; 6. Inability to fully understand the possible risks and benefits of the study.
