Esketmine group:intraoperative intravenous pumping of esketamine

Saline group:Intraoperative intravenous pumping of equal volumes of saline

Eligibility

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who were assessed preoperatively by a psychiatrist for the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and depressive symptoms without the need for intervention; (2) Patients with gynaecological tumours; (3) Elective open surgery; (4) 18-75 years old; (5) ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with depressive symptoms who are assessed by a psychiatrist as needing intervention; (2) Comorbid severe cardiorespiratory disease; (3) Contraindications to the use of esketamine; (4) History of mental illness; (5) Patients who are participating in other clinical studies; (6) Those who are considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for clinical studies for other reasons.
