Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis met the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (2013 revision)"; 2.Disease duration >=1 year; 3.Stable condition, clear consciousness, normal understanding and communication; 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with other severe respiratory diseases; 2.Patients with important organ dysfunction or critical illness, such as cancer, heart failure, etc.; 3.Current or past history of mental or cognitive impairment; 4.Patients who have participated or are participating in interventional research.
