Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inpatients with severe traumatic brain injury (GCS <= 8 points) accompanied by multiple injuries, who have been diagnosed through imaging tests such as CT and whose trauma history is clear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hematological disorders or coagulation dysfunction, those who have previously taken anticoagulant drugs, intracranial tumors, those with severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver or kidneys, and those with incomplete clinical data collection.
