control group:The patients in control group will be given routine care and health literacy intervention, including routine care during hospitalization, discharge guidance, regular telephone follow-up
intervention group:The intervention group adopts an e-health literacy intervention program based on the TMeHL model on the basis of the control group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=45 years old; 2. PCI was performed during this hospitalization and the patient is currently in a stable condition. 3. Be familiar with the operation of electronic devices such as smartphones or computers; 4. Normal cognitive ability and communication skills; 5. Be informed and agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with terminal malignant tumors, respiratory failure and other conditions with an expected lifespan of less than one year; 2. The patients who have participated in other similar interventional research in the past half year.
