1 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 1-18 years, regardless of sex; (2) Diagnosed with pediatric disorders of consciousness (pDoC) and classified into vegetative state/unresponsive wakefulness syndrome (VS/UWS) or minimally conscious state (MCS) based on established diagnostic criteria; (3) Availability of complete clinical Coma Recovery Scale-Revised (CRS-R) assessment records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Documented history of genetic diseases, congenital metabolic disorders, tumors, or pre-existing brain injuries; (2) Presence of pre-existing developmental disorders prior to the onset of the disorder; (3) Incomplete clinical or assessment records.
