Experimental group:Blood pressure self-management of stroke patients based on focused solution model and compliance with sexual health guidance.
Control group:Routine stroke blood pressure management follows sexual health guidelines.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular diseases formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases and were confirmed as stroke by MRI or CT. 2.Sign a written informed consent. 3.Meet WHO/ISH diagnostic criteria for hypertension: systolic blood pressure >=140mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90mmHg. 4.Conscious. Vitals are stable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe aphasia, visual, hearing and cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with the questionnaire investigators. 2.Patients diagnosed with depression at admission (meeting the diagnostic criteria for depression in the Chinese Classification and Diagnosis Criteria for Mental Disorders). 3.Complicated with other serious diseases or vital organ dysfunction, such as malignant tumors, heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Other reasons why the researchers considered it inappropriate to participate in the study.
