18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-80 years; 2.Diagnosis of vegetative state (VS) or minimally conscious state (MCS) confirmed by the Coma Recovery Scale-Revised (CRS-R); 3.pDOC duration 28 days to 12 months; 4.Legal guardian provided written consent by signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Be in a state of deep sedation caused by general anesthetics or sedatives (such as propofol, benzodiazepines); 2.Previous history of central nervous system diseases; 3.There are acute myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, acute infection, sepsis, severe anemia or other clinical critical conditions; 4.Legal guardian refused to participate in this study.
