60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60-80 years (inclusive); 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I-III; 3.Patients planning to undergo painless gastroscopy in our hospital; 4.Voluntarily enrolled in the study and provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy or contraindications to the anesthetic agents planned for use; 2.Patients with anticipated difficult airway, history of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), gastrointestinal obstruction, or prolonged Q-T interval; 3.History of psychiatric disorders, chronic use of psychotropic agents, sedatives, benzodiazepines, or CYP2D6 inducers/inhibitors (e.g., paroxetine hydrochloride, mebhydrolin napadisylate); 4.Cognitive impairment rendering patients unable to comply with study procedures.
