Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the ‘Diagnostic Criteria for Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019’, stroke patients diagnosed by CT or MRI; 2.Stable condition, clear consciousness, and able to communicate normally; 3.Above 18 years of age; 4.No oral trauma, oral cancer, etc.; 5. Barthel Index >= 60 points (the range of patients' ability to take care of themselves is below the level of mild dependence, and the life of the patients are basically independent); 6.Oral health literacy score = 60 points (this range of patients' ability to take care of themselves is below the level of mild dependence, and their life is basically self-care);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other serious diseases; 2.Patients with cognitive dysfunction and psychiatric disorders; 3.Patients who are participating in other studies.
