Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I-II patients, aged between 18-65 years, undergoing hemorrhoidectomy, voluntarily participating, understanding and signing informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Spinal and pelvic deformities; History of allergies to any drugs used in the study; Hemorrhagic diseases; Severe liver, kidney or heart disease; Anal fistula and fissure; Mental illness; Obesity; Respiratory arrest distress syndrome; Pregnancy and breastfeeding; There is an infected person at the puncture site; Patients who do not accept or are unable to cooperate.
