18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled for elective neurosurgical surgery; 2.Aged 18–65 years old; 3.ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification) grade I–II; 4.No known severe neurological dysfunction preoperatively (e.g., motor disorders, severe cognitive impairment); 5.No history of epilepsy or other confirmed diseases affecting electroencephalogram (EEG) activity; 6.No use of medications that may affect EEG activity preoperatively (e.g., antipsychotics, anticonvulsants);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of severe systemic diseases affecting anesthesia assessment; 2.Presence of altered consciousness or cognitive impairment; 3.Preoperative diagnosis of severe mental disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression) that may affect EEG characteristics; 4.Preoperative oxygen saturation <94% without oxygen supplementation or severe pulmonary dysfunction; 5.Patients scheduled for postoperative intubation and admission to ICU; 6.Inability to complete the study procedures;
