Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for cerebral infarction: 1. Age range of 40-65 years old; 2. Cerebral angiography confirms that the stenosis rate of the anterior circulation arteries (internal carotid artery, middle cerebral artery) is = 70% or occluded, and their blood supply areas have low perfusion; 3. Symptomatic stroke, TIA, or cognitive impairment related only to stenosis or occlusion; 4. Acute ischemic stroke occurs within 24 hours and less than 1 week; 5. Basic self-care before treatment, mRS = 2 points; 6. The subject or their legal representative signs an informed consent form and agrees to have one scan before and after treatment. 7. There were 10 males and 10 females. 8. The patient voluntarily participates and signs a written informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for secondary epilepsy in autoimmune encephalitis (AE): 1. Age range: 18-80 years old; 2. Understand the entire process of the experiment, voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for autoimmune encephalitis; 4. There should be at least one epileptic seizure in clinical practice. 5. There were 10 males and 10 females respectively. Spinal cord injury criteria: 1. Age: 10-75 years old; 2.Have a clear history of spinal trauma; 3. After injury, there may be sensory and motor impairments, with severe cases of paraplegia or paralysis; 4. Magnetic resonance imaging shows spinal cord hemorrhage, edema, or mixed changes; 5. The subject or their legal representative signs an informed consent form and agrees to have one scan before and after treatment. 6. There were 10 males and 10 females. 7. The patient voluntarily participates and signs a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with two or more neurodegenerative diseases. 2. Individuals with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction. 3. Patients with serious mental illnesses and those who do not cooperate with examinations. 4. Has received systematic treatment for cerebral infarction, epilepsy, and spinal cord injury. 5. The patient has undergone major surgeries (such as craniotomy, thoracotomy, or laparotomy) or significant stress within the past 6 months; 6. Patients who may have poor compliance with the study procedures and requirements, as determined by the researchers; 7. Researchers determine that there are any conditions that pose a threat to patient safety or interfere with the evaluation of the study.
