60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age>=60 years old; (2)Meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI as determined by MMSE; (3) Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study; (4)Possess adequate hearing and communication abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of significant major diseases (e.g., end-stage malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, major organ transplantation surgery) that may impact self-management behaviors and subsequent follow-up; (2) Currently participating in other health-related intervention studies.
