Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged between 18-70 years old; After imaging examination and diagnosis, the patient meets the relevant gynecological diagnostic criteria and has surgical indications; 3. Inform the patient and their family members and obtain their informed consent for laparoscopic surgery treatment; 4. The patient's ASA classification is I-II; 5.The clinical data related to the patient is comprehensive and without any missing information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe impairment of liver and kidney function in patients; 2. Patient BMI >= 30kg/m^2; 3. The patient has a history of drug allergies; 4. The patient has a history of long-term use of drugs that affect the nervous system; 5. Individuals with a clear history of cerebrovascular accidents, elevated intracranial pressure, intracranial space occupying lesions, and psychiatric disorders.
