Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the diagnosis was clear by pathological examination; 2. the clinical stage of tumour was ?~?; 3. the consciousness was clear, the medication could be taken according to the doctor's instruction, and the expected survival period was >6 months; 4. the Kahn's score was >=70; 5. the initial chemotherapy; 6. all patients gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. recurrent colorectal cancer; 2. language, cognitive and communication disorders; 3. combined psychiatric disorders; 4. combined serious diseases of heart, brain, lungs, liver, kidneys and other organs.
