40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), HbA1c =8% within the past 6 months; 2.Currently on oral hypoglycemic agents (OHA),No prior insulin therapy; 3.Fully intact cognitive and behavioral abilities and Literate with smartphone proficiency; 4.Willing to complete community-based examinations within 1 month; 5.No prior use of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems; 6.Agree to preserve residual biological samples for future research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 diabetes or other specific diabetes types (e.g., MODY, LADA); 2.Prediabetes (IFG/IGT); 3.HbA1c 30 days cumulative).
