50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Approved by the Ethics Committee of Shanxi Medical University and written informed consent from the patient (or authorized representative) b. Meets the standard for CABG surgery and can tolerate the surgery c. ASA grade II-III, age 50-75 years d. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5-28 kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Previous history of heart disease surgery b. Severe dysfunction of major organs (such as liver or kidney failure) c. Long-term use of opioids and NSAIDs in the past d. Allergic to drugs used in the trial or have contraindications for drug use e. Mental illness or cognitive dysfunction and communication disorders f. Presence of malignant tumors in other tissues of the body g. Abnormal coagulation function before surgery
