Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Patients who are conscious and able to understand and answer the questionnaire correctly; 4. Patients who have a smartphone and know how to use the WeChat software; 5. Patients and family members should participate voluntarily and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined diabetes; 2. Patients with special dietary requirements for other diseases; 3. Patients with severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders; 4. Patients with severe other diseases that affect the patient's quality of life.
