Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 1.0 to 18 years; 2. Clinical symptoms suggest adenoid and/or tonsillar hypertrophy; 3. No contraindications to surgical treatment of adenoid and/or tonsillar hypertrophy; 4. No contraindications to soft electronic rhinolaryngoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with a history of adenoids and/or tonsillectomy; 2. Children who need direct surgical treatment without follow-up treatment; 3. Presence of contraindications to undergoing surgery for adenoid and (or) tonsillar hypertrophy; 4. Presence of contraindications to undergoing soft electronic rhinolaryngoscopy; 5. Combined with other systemic diseases; 6. Presence of abnormal maxillofacial structure; 7. Those who are unable to obtain informed consent.
