Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients suspected by imaging or confirmed by pathology as having primary central nervous system lymphoma; 2. It contains preoperative imaging data; 3. Undergo biopsy or surgery for primary central nervous system lymphoma;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other central nervous system tumors concurrently; 2. Patients without pathological diagnosis; 3. Patients who are clinically determined to be unsuitable for obtaining human tissue, blood or cerebrospinal fluid specimens;
