40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender restrictions; 2. Age between 40 and 65 years; 3. No abnormalities in liver or kidney function; 4. Good patient compliance and cooperation, able to complete required tests; 5. Patient and their family have signed the informed consent form; 6. Patient has not participated in any other clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of known infectious diseases; 2.Patients with a history of traumatic brain injury and cranial surgery or cerebral infarction; 3.History of severe drug allergies.
