Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 25 years or above, with a history of sexual activity and who are not pregnant. 2. The cervix is intact before the diagnosis and surgery. 3. No previous history of malignant tumor. 4. Sufficient tissue samples that meet the standards can be collected to complete the detection. 5. Be informed and consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The medical record information is incomplete (including information such as gender, age, clinical pathological diagnosis results, and other demographic data, etc.). 2. Before this screening, diagnosis and treatment, there is a history of high-grade cervical lesions (CIN2, CIN3, cervical cancer) and a history of treatments such as surgery. 3. Those who withdraw from this study midway before reaching the research endpoint. 4. Subjects whose sample size does not meet the requirements;
