Experimental group:10 minutes before anesthesia, evenly apply 5~10ml of lidocaine mucilage to the fan-shaped area with the diameter of the bilateral mouth angle to the mandibular angle

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age2- 5 years old; 2. Artificial airway (laryngeal mask/endotracheal tube) needs to be placed in anesthesia; 3. No damage on the cheeks; 4. Family members voluntarily agree on the basis of fully understanding this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anesthesia time<=1 hour; 2. Combined with severe congenital diseases, perceptual disorders, mental disorders, etc.; 3. Abnormal skin conditions before surgery, such as facial eczema, rash, edema and chronic skin ulcers; 4. Those with severe allergic constitution, weakened/deficient immune system, systemic glucocorticoids, or allergies to the items and drugs used in the program; 5. Patients with malnutrition, fever, anemia and hypoproteinemia; 6. History of adhesive injury in the past; 7. Patients who are currently participating in other drug investigations.
