Interventions

Intervention group:A stirrup-shaped multi-functional leg frame based on the concept of comfortable medical care is used to place the lithotomy position
Control group:The traditional placement method of leg frame (composed of fixing clip, supporting rod and leg support) in stone cutting position

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecologic tumor resection surgery for the first time; Types of diseases: uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer; Age>=18 years; No systemic complications such as blood and circulation; None of them received anticoagulant drug treatment before surgery; Understand and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have serious medical comorbidities such as severe cardiovascular, liver and kidney function abnormalities; Patients with a history of thrombosis of the lower extremities and patients with recent lower extremity surgery, accompanied by phlebitis of the lower extremities, varicose veins and edema of the lower extremities; People with motor impairments.
