Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years, regardless of gender. 2.Clinically and histopathologically diagnosed with erosive oral lichen planus (OLP). 3.No prior drug therapy, surgical intervention, laser, cryotherapy, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy within the past one month. 4.Voluntary participation, good compliance, and ability to attend follow-up visits on time. 5.Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe systemic diseases not adequately controlled by medication. 2.Allergy to light or photosensitizing agents (e.g., aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride). 3.Pregnancy or lactation. 4.History of betamethasone allergy. 5.Concurrent severe oral mucosal diseases (e.g., pemphigus) or lichenoid lesions caused by amalgam or other materials. 6.Inability to cooperate with treatment due to psychiatric disorders, cognitive impairment, or other conditions.
