Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic standards of CSA traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 2. Within 5 years of the onset of the disease; 3. Those who have not implemented CSA treatment in the past six months; 4. The patient is aware of the situation and can actively cooperate with the treatment, examination and complete the correct description of the assessment items; 5. All patients are informed and agree to the study. 6. Age 20-70 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with otogenic, ocular or cardiogenic vertigo; 2. Presence of malignant tumors; 3. Patients with serious medical diseases; 4. Those with dislocation, fracture or tuberculosis in the cervical spine; 5. Breastfeeding or pregnancy.
