Interventions

early treatment group :peptic ulcer haemorrhage treatment course combine with anti- Helicobacter therapy,Amoxicillin 750 mg orally 4 times a day and vornoraxen 20 mg twice a day
later treatment group:anti- Helicobacter therapy after peptic ulcer haemorrhage treatment course,6 to 8 weeks after oral proton pump inhibitors, amoxicillin 750 mg 4 times a day, and vornorasen 20 mg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient is aged 18 years; 2.peptic ulcer haemorrhage with H. pylori- positive; 3.Patients who consented to take part in the survey were agreed to recorded age, gender and underlying diseases;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients who refused to take part in the survey; 2.pregnancies;
