Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male over 50 years old; 2. Patients who have been diagnosed with prostatic hyperplasia by prostate ultrasound and other examinations; 3. Sign the informed consent form, voluntarily participate in the study, and be willing to cooperate with follow-up and data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of recurrent prostatitis, glandular cystitis and other urinary tract infections in the past; 2. Patients younger than 50 years old; 3. Long-term oral immunosuppressants after organ transplantation.
