Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction, has neurological deficits, and has been confirmed by head CT and/or MRI examination; 2.The first onset; 3.Aged over 18 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have a clear history of stroke and have obvious sequelae; 2.Concurrent with other neurological disorders, such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, etc; 3.Patients with anemia, infection, malignant tumors, blood diseases, immune system disorders, and severe damage to the heart, liver and kidney functions were included; 4.Have used iron supplements for treatment within the last 1 month;
